Finding a Teacher

Purification Mantra
Learn a clearing chant - one that honors endings and beginnings. The sounds I'm speaking are these: A KAR AH ME TU TI SO NAG PO SHI SHI MAL MAL A KAR AH ME TU TI SO NAG PO SHI SHI MAL MAL SO HA Repeat, both lines, ending with the SO HA when it feels complete.
Chanting to Balance the Five Elements
Chanting this mantra supports the balance of all five elements within your being. Simply breathe and join me. The sounds I'm speaking are these: A YAM RAM MAM KHAM DRUM DU ~ Pronounced: AH YAWM RAWM MAWM CAWM BROOM DOO
Finding Beauty
Try on this practice for centering and welcoming beauty. And perhaps, invite a bit of joy!
Radio Silence
Gift yourself a time out to re-energize. You can't possibly know how amazing this feels unless you try it on!
Balancing the Element of Water
Water is the element of the emotions and flow. When water is out of balance, you may feel flooded (overwhelmed with emotion, as though the emotion is bigger than you), frozen like ice (rigid - my way or the highway!), or if you've too much water and too much earth together, you might be stuck in the mud. This practice will serve to bring your water element back into balance, allowing a clear flowing stream of movement.
Balancing the Element of Air
Air is the element of change. When we have too much air, we may be flighty and easily distracted. Not enough air, and we resist the movement and flexibility to try on new things and change with the wind. This practice will support bringing the air within back into balance.
Follow the Breath
Learn a simple practice to still the mind, nourish the body, and bring you to the present moment.
Speaking Truth or Opinion?
Do you know the difference between speaking your truth or offering an opinion? And when is each warranted? What does each sound like? Find out!
Balancing the Element of Space
Space is the element that holds all other elements. When it is out of balance, we may get lost in busy — feeling a kind of claustrophobia — even in a wide open field. Too much space, and we’re a bit at sea — a little spacey. When balanced, you’ll find your own energy field expands to its natural size, and like Goldilocks, the space fits “just right.”
Balancing the Element of Earth
Would you like to feel grounded and aligned with your true self? This is possible when your internal earth element is balanced. If you have too much earth, you may experience depression or stagnation. Not enough earth may result in being easily distracted or flighty. Today, I offer this guided visualization to support the balancing of the grounding force within you.
Balancing the Element of Fire
The element of fire is the source of our creativity, fertility, and passion. When our fire is out of balance, we may find our energy running low - a kind of burnout. Or, we might be revving at full speed, forgetting to pause, breathe, and get stll. Today, I offer a combination of visualization and breath to support you finding and balancing the fire within.
